Looking to have option for key press feature on individual extensions
We would like to have the option to press 1 for leaving a voicemail on an extension and press 2 to be routed to a call queue. Key press isn't available on individual extensions currently.

Auto Answer for Video calling?
Is it possible to add Auto Answer for Video calling? Thank you! It would be helpful for those who might not have someone in the room with them to answer the video call.

Auto-messaging for scheduling a meeting
The customer has auto-reply text messaging where he wants to associate the meeting invite link so that once he sends the messages, his clients will be allowed to schedule a meeting on the date they prefer. He is recommending, if possible, adding it as one of our features so that all their clients can have the capability to arrange a video meeting.

Add admin setting - Turn off Camera for participants
Allow ‘Turn off Camera for participants’ to be set from the admin RingCentral Video settings. This option existed in RingCentral meetings and can be set when creating a meeting, but is not configurable through RingCentral Video settings admin portal. Enabling this to be set for the entire account would provide consistency in the case that a meeting host forgets to change the setting.

RingCentral Video generic timezone option
RingCentral no longer shows generic time zones which I depend upon when setting meetings. Mountain Standard Time, Eastern, Pacific, Central, etc. I have to find a city within the zone and that confuses the customer.

Meeting Recordings Management
Hello!We would like the ability to limit who can see Meetings recordings. We would like our Users to be able to Host Meetings/Videos, but we feel the Super Admin should be the one to determine who can then view those recordings.IE we should be able to remove the option My Recordings under Video on the desktop app.Thank you!

Change the label in RingCentral Video Meeting
You can't control removing guests the blocking feature is not appropriate. If you have multi guests from a company and you are only looking to remove one person this feature is horrible. As the admin I should be able to remove guests and also help them update the emails when they change companies but instead I have a user with 3 emails and I can remove them from the directory it's very messy. Also labeling people guests is not ideal.the admin should be able to choose those labels. Alot of people in my org don't like being labeled guest.

There should be tone when dialing out using Invite by phone in RingCentral Video
You will not hear anything when you select invite via phone and you enter the number and hit call.

Allow comments/sentence/disclosure for compliance on RCV for Meeting Invite
1500 users for video. Customer is currently using Zoom but mainly uses Teams and also has some Webex. All three provide a disclosure when an invite is sent and this is so for compliance. This is important for the financial services organizations. I would assume education, healthcare, and any government sector will require these.

Search Function for RCV Meetings Recordings in Service Web
Service Web Recording Admin have access to the past 1000 RCV recordings. But this is only a long list of meetings to scroll through one-page-at-a-time. We need a search function and ability to retreive recordings for users up to 90 days in the past.

Voice Changer for RingCentral Video Meeting
This new feature will allow the users to change their voice on RingCentral Video into something else. We can also apply this feature on making phone calls / receiving calls. One best sample is to sound like a grandmother, robot, male, female, child, chipmunks and more..This is ideal during fun events, confidential meeting or for mystery shopper trying out the skills of their agents on handling certain events or situation.

Whiteboard - allow only host to write on it
Sometimes you want to write or draw sth on the whiteboard but don't want the others to do it. So the option that allows you to disable writing and drawing on the whiteboard for the participants would be pretty useful.

Don't ring physicals phone for Allow incoming calls while in a meeting
The "Allow incoming calls while in a meeting" only applies to the apps and not physical phones even though the content for this features states turn off to reject video calls and send voice calls to voicemail. My physical phones still ring and caller doesn't go to VM until my number of physical phone rings completes. I really consider this a bug but if it needs to be a feature, please add it.

Allow system audio to be shared in RCV
We like to start our meetings with music to put our teams up. It would be great for people who have screen sharing permission to be able to "Share their system Audio" so that they could mux in youtube/spotify/music when a meeting starts.

Ability to remove the option of start screen share or video meeting in Teams
We are new to ring central, and within the first week of starting the organization has received no more than a dozen video calls to the organization team that gets created for all licensed and enabled users. This is extremely disruptive on an organization wide or team level.I would like away to remove these options from Teams if deemed necessary or control who has access to this functionality.
