    Can you provide a function where we can duplicate polls for different meetings? Currently, I have to recreate the same polls for different meetings. It is very time consuming and tedious.

  5. Add abilty to sort participants

    Would like a feature where you can sort participants by "who's talking" or open mic because if there is background noise on a large call as a host you can mute the participant whose mic is making noise but it can be hard to find that person In a large group.Maybe also by first and last name, people who have video on/off, people who have mic on/off.

  6. Ability to trace external customer meeting join actions

    It would be beneficial if a support technician could provide a "trace" of a meeting attendee's actions. For example if we were to be able to provide the called from number and the bridge number that was dialed, could RingCentral tell us what meeting ID was entered or keys were pressed.
    In an example instance an external party said they "were in the meeting" and that they had entered the numbers given in the invite, but they were not in the same meeting as our internal employees. Since this is a customer we would like to make determining the root…

    Requesting RingCentral meetings to offer compatibility with goPro webcam software. Currently RingCentral meetings does not recognize the webcam. More info on the software and setup here.

    We would LOVE to see RingCentral add a "test room" feature so that external guests of our meetings can test their permissions before hand in a test environment. Zoom currently has this feature (https://zoom.us/test).

    Zoom just released "High fidelity music mode". Please add this to the next version of RingCentral Meetings. Thank you. This is vital for our online music lessons and classes.

  15. Allow participants to disable other's videos in a meeting while maintaining their PC audio

    I have a couple of user's who have limited bandwidth, but need to join RCV meetings. Would it be passible to leave it to the discretion of the participant, to disable video from other attendees, and only enable it when required. Like presentations, etc.. Currently I believe that it's only the host/moderator that has this capability.With everyone working from home these days they have the need to meet more online, but some are in locations where ISPs cap the usage/month. Video can be a bandwidth killer.

  17. Allow users to generate and download their polling results for their own meetings

    Currently, this is an admin only function, where polling results can only be generated and downloaded by admins, despite the instructions relayed here. This currently makes it so users have to come to admins to gather results for their own data from their meetings. While we can have gatekeeper personnel to work around this, it doesn't make sense to not have this be more granular to a standard user level.

  18. Show Specific Meeting Name Rather than Personal Meeting ID in Outlook

    When I am scrolling through many recordings of meetings, having them all listed with the same name is not useful. If I can find the meeting on Outlook referencing the right name for my meeting, because I put the right description in the meeting before sending out the invitation, it seems logical that the recording would be save with the unique meeting descriptor I create rather than just my name and "Personal Meeting Room."

  19. Prompt for Client Download

    Currently, when an attendee click a meeting link, the RingCentral Client is automatically downloaded every time. It is a common behavior to click the link in the meeting invite instead of going to the RC app and starting the meeting from there. This results in users having the client install file downloaded multiple times when not needed.First option would be to detect if user already has the RC Client and prevent the download from initiating. If that isn't possible the change the web landing page to prompt the user to download the client instead of forcing it.

  20. Survey Link to preview Questions post Webinar

    When creating a Survey to send out at the end of a webinar, it would be EXTREMELY helpful to have the ability to VIEW the questions in a way that is in 'real time' as to how it will be received by the attendee. Additionally, one MAJOR ISSUE is I can not see the entire survey on my screen (currently has 8 questions) and there is not way to scroll down the screen so i have to shrink my screen size to fit the survey but now it's so small, i can't read the survey.
