  2. Copy messages to be able to paste in different charting app.

    An a nurse we receive many orders using RC. If we were able to copy text from RC and paste into patients chart it would save time and decrease errors.

  3. Add RingCentral dialer pad to dial out in RingCentral Meeting

    In RC Meeting, would like to have an option to use the RC dial pad to call external number (such for support) to join a meeting. When dialing out, the external call recipient is only connected to the audio of the meeting.

  4. Multiple Hosts for Reoccurring Meetings

    We have several team members that would like to start our daily conference call, but currently we are limited to having one main host. That main host can then add other co-hosts or change who the host is but we would like the ability to have more than one host to start the meeting.

    this was for Webinars on RCM. They are basically setting up recurring webinars with each webinar having a different topic in the webinar series. Currently, the registration page only shows the dates/times and does not offer them an option to put a name/description/note next to each one, i.e. currently they see: 25th May 2021 @ 10:0030th May 2021 @ 10:004th June 2021 @ 10:00 But they would like to be able to see: 25th May 2021 @ 10:00 – Session 1 Windows30th May 2021 @ 10:00 – Session 2 MacOS4th June 2021 @ 10:00 – Session 3 Linux This would…

    An RC webinar licence-holder should be able to schedule a webinar on someone else's behalf, allowing them to start and end the webinar without the licence-holder being present.

  7. Transfer Ownership of meetings when a user is disabled

    When someone leaves the company, and is ultimately disabled or deleted from RC, we find ourselves with an issue when it comes to Meetings. The ownership of the meeting seemingly dies with the user, and then the meeting has to be deleted and recreated. If it isn't, people are getting invalid meeting error messages. When a user is disabled or deleted, it would be wonderful to be prompted to move the ownership of any currently scheduled or recurring meetings to another valid RC user.

    when setting up a webinar, can we do it in dual language, attendee calls x number for English or x number for French?This is important becasue it's Law here in Canada to service french audiance in FR language.

  11. Custom Timing for Video Call Scheduling

    My HR team schedules interviews in shorter timeframes than just the 00, 15, 30, and 45 minute intervals. They do schedule by 5 minute intervals, but at that point I'm wondering if it could be made possible to just be able to enter a custom time. We want to schedule the exact times so that interviewees know their scheduled allotment and can be held accountable to it.

  12. Enhance the "Join from your browser" feature

    Currently, RC Meetings has an existing feature to provide an option to participants to join from their browser but would still have to cancel the initial prompt to open or download the RC Meetings app.The customer is requesting to add an option that would disable the prompt to open or download the RC Meetings app and would automatically connect the participant to the meeting through their browser.

  13. Allow presenter to enlarge view of current shared screen

    Currently when I am sharing my screen/document it pops up in a tiny box. If I'm hosting a video meeting that also has attendees in person, I'm unable to have the meeting pulled up on the conference room screen as the people who physically attend are unable to see what I am doing (the shared screen/doc is tiny)... but I'm also unable to see the attendees and chat if I pull up the screen/document I am sharing.

    he new RC app only shows a maximum 14 days into the future of scheduled meetings, can you please extend to 90 days? We have many users reporting that this feature is frustrating because they need to refer back to their outlook calendar to see what meetings are happening in the future. Even if you integrate your office 365 calendar, it still only show 14 days. Thanks

  18. We need and Alarm for Ring Calls. Simple easy settings to alert 10 min till finish with a 2 min warning.

    Everyone will benefit by an alarm clock to alert to end of meeting time.

  20. Schedule recurring meeting further in advance

    Getting a message "Your meeting request was declined.

    The end date of this series of repeating meetings is too far in the future.
    This resource can only be scheduled up to 180 days in advance.
    The end date must be before Wednesday, March 23, 2022"Wanted to be able to schedule a repeating meeting more than 180 days. Hoping that we can increase the number of days in advance to schedule a repeating meeting. Thank you.
