  1. To improve the user experience for both hosts and attendees, we recommend adding a default reminder of 15 minutes before the session begins to the calendar invitations generated for webinars. Currently, the calendar invites do not include any reminder, which can lead to users forgetting or missing the session. By implementing this change, attendees will receive a timely reminder, increasing attendance and reducing the likelihood of missed sessions. This feature can be set as a default but should also remain customizable for those who prefer to modify or remove the reminder as needed.

  2. Bulk upload webinar registrants. Please allow the use of a spreadsheet to upload a list of registrants. That way if the webinar is part of a series or may be mixed with other events (live and online) the host only needs to collect registrants once and then upload them to other webinars in the series. This feature is already available on Events according to their website, please add to webinars.

  3. It's always a bit sad or frustrating seeing the "Answered live" for Q&As in Webinars. We should be able to pull from the transcript and use AI to live answer questions. It could pre-answer questions based upon the transcript and maybe uploaded documentation for the webinar. Then the presenters can approve or modify the answers before submitting.

  4. people in different time zones often struggle to be available to attend webinars so it would be useful to have people register to attend a webinar and afterwards get sent a link to a recording so if they were not able to make it they can pick it up that way

    It would be helpful if we will have the same capability in Webinar for RCV

  6. I have two requests for the webinar registration page:

    • The ability to change the order of the Registration Questions .

    • When the Country selected is Canada, provide a dropdown list of all provinces. This was available on the previous platform.

  11. When creating webinar events that require registration, those events don't have the option to be recurring and assign different dates for each session. I would like to see an option that allows registrants to sign up once and they get invited to all sessions of the recurring webinar.
