Enhance the "Join from your browser" feature
Currently, RC Meetings has an existing feature to provide an option to participants to join from their browser but would still have to cancel the initial prompt to open or download the RC Meetings app.The customer is requesting to add an option that would disable the prompt to open or download the RC Meetings app and would automatically connect the participant to the meeting through their browser.
39 votesToday, guests joining a meeting can do so entirely from the browser. Signed-in users are directed to the RingCentral app for the full meeting experience, including features like recordings, annotations, and AI Notes that aren't available in the older browser-only experience. We're continuing to look at ways to streamline this for browser-based joins.

Add the ability to customize personal meeting IDs with words instead of or in addition to numbers for the meeting ID
Better identifies who the meeting is with from the meeting link.

See entire class while sharing screen!
When you are sharing your screen with a classroom of students as a host, the gallery view of your students turns into a strip of about 4-5 only. There is no way to see the rest of the class until you stop sharing. In a classroom setting, this prohibits a teacher from having a discussion, as they can only see a few of their students while presenting material. It would be great (especially with dual monitors) to be able to maximize the entire gallery view with all participants on one screen and have the shared material on a second screen.

Manage Branding - customize url, logos, backgrounds, watermarks in Meetings, Invitations
As a user paid commercial white label of Zoom we expect RC to offer the same features at a minimum. Currently branding is only supported in a limited way in webinars at RC. What we need is at LEAST the same features Zoom supports. 36 votesThe branding controls requested here were part of the legacy RingCentral Meetings (RCM) webinar offering, which has since been retired. The capability now lives in our current product, RingCentral Webinar, where a host can customize the registration page — color theme, logo, and banner image — to match their brand. Many customers would like to continue to use their own event website while also leveraging RC Webinar. The following APIs would help enable this for those customers:
APIs for (not a complete list):
1) OAuth for establishing connection between RedHat Events website and Webinar
2) Schedule Webinar
3) Get Attendee Join Link
