  1. Add support for MacBook touch bar

    Apple touchbar is amazing. But doesn't recognise RCV. It would be great to have mute, screen share etc . This is supported in RCM and zoom.

  2. Visibility to Directory of Rooms via in-room device

    Customer (Jacksonville Jaguars) is looking for a way to start a meeting with another Room ad-hoc. They're expecting something like what Zoom (not RCM) already has. Essentially a directory of Rooms within their account.

  3. Option for participants to show that they are away for few mins during the call

    During the meeting sometime people have to attend something (emergency call, address some other interruption) and go away for few mins.Idea to show that status in participants list and also overlay the message when person changes the status.

  4. Keep Video Galary shown by default when sharing screen

    When we're on a video meeting and someone share the screen, it hides the video galary and I will have to use the view options to bring it back. However, when a second person share the screen, same thing happens and I have to do that again.

    It would be great to see the list of people invited and if they have logged in. As it is now (I believe) as you invite people there is no record of who you invited.

  6. Add sync with several Outlook calendars

    Now it is impossible to add several Outlook Calendars (connected with different emails). But sometimes you get meeting invitations to different emails and want to unit them into 1 shcedule.

  8. Video recordings "play head" bookmark with comments & playing back video (see Soundcloud for example of what I mean)

    So many times I'm sitting in an hour or 2 hour long meeting that is being recorded, maybe a webinar. Do I have another two hours to go back and rewatch the whole meeting, NO WAY! What if I just want to go back to a specific part of the meeting? I can't do that in an easy and efficient way. I would love a feature where as I'm watching a meeting that is being recorded, I can see the timeline of the recording and "time stamp" or bookmark the play head of the video frame.   9. Always On Team Meetings

    It would be great if there could be an always on meeting available to teams that wold approximate a "war room" or coffee house for teams that are working hard on something and need to check in with one another whenever they need to, without scheduling meetings.

  11. Logo and colors of background

    I want my company Logo and Name of the meeting to be customize like 8x8. Add this feature to the Profile and remember it and remember who I am. The URL that you send out from Ring Central looks like some kind of free service.
