Ability to control volume of other participants
Some people are really bad at recognizing they need to mute themselves when they are not talking, and have background noise, breathing, chewing, etc. It would be great to have the option to change how loud other participants are for me. I'm not suggesting changing their volume for everyone, but that I as a participant can change how loud each other participant is on my application.

A way to refresh a shared screen if it gets corrupted when displayed
We have experienced many screensharing sessions where the host's screen becomes corrupted when viewed on a participant's RCVideo application window. We've found no way to get the host's shared screen to display properly by resizing/refreshing/moving the participant window. Having a button or option to refresh the host screen for participants would be really useful.

Organizer option to block custom backgrounds and background blurring
In some implem,entations, meeting hoests may wish to prohibit use of custom backgrounds or background blurring, for legal/privacy reasons. (i.e. legal hearings, courtroom interactions, etc.) Provide an option, eithe rwhen scheduling or starting a meeting, to prohibit participants from using custom backgrounds or background blurring.

Multi language transcription for recorded meetings and live meetings
Conair is requesting transcripts to be available for French, Spanish and Chinese languages during live meetings and transcription of a recorded meeting.

Mute audio/video until 2nd person joins meeting
Please create a feature that will save bandwidth by muting the audio & video of the first person to join the meeting and kick on audio/video (whatever participant has enabled) when the second person joins the meeting.

It would be nice to get a sound notification when someone has created a chat message.
I never realize that someone has created a message in chat until I happen to look down and notice it's highlighted. It would be great if there was a sound notification as well.

Show all invited participants in participants list
In RC Meetings you could see all the invited participants in the participants list even if they have not joined the meeting. In RC Video, you can only see those that have joined the meeting or left the meeting.

More than one user needs to be able to text from the main company number
When you have 6 users who all communicate with homeowners. We all need to be able to show the main company number as the number to communicate with. Some of our customers have us saved in their phone 7 different times.

Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts used to exist to kill audio or video in the previous RC. I had them mapped to one key on my keyboard each. That is 100x easier and faster than having to grab your mouse and mouse over to the audio and video buttons on the app. If there's a loud sudden background noise or you need to kill your video feed quickly just hit your keyboard shortcut. PLEASE bring this back. Thanks!

Small mini viewer when minimized like Zoom
Can you implement a small mini viewer so when we minimize RCV, we still see the speaker while we work in other screens. Like in Zoom

A button on video meeting to schedule a followup meeting with the same invitees
A button on video meeting to schedule a followup meeting with the same invitees that opens a meeting scheduler pre-populated with the the meeting title + followup, the invitees and just needs the day and time confirmed.
