Allow Participants to share only their Audio if they choose to
Zoom allows this and other platforms as well and would make things go easier for some meetings.

Create a team within MVP by just clicking a button from your meeting in outlook
After your meeting there is often an action and follow up. Why not have a button in outlook that will let you auto create a team from the invited attendees - then you can provide the follow up from your meeting.

Add Apple iCloud calendar
I scheduled a meeting using Google calendar. I invited 12 participants. The invitations went out but none of them could sign up because all of them use the apple iCloud calendar which comes with a Mac. Requiring them all to use the Google calendar whould be OK within a company but not for separate individuals.

submit idea button in app not just meetings
As an administrator we get ideas sent to us from end users. if the submit an idea button was just in the app not just in the meeting screen - you might be more.

Allow you to tag an individual to notify you their presence is now available.
You tag a person, so as soon as they go green/available you are alerted so you can contact them. Instead of sending messages while they are busy or away.

Automatic meeting recording upload to Stream/YT/Vimeo
Allow hosts/admins to setup workflow where meeting recordings are automatically uploaded to content service. Would love for example to have our internal training and all-hands meetings to be automatically uploaded to company-wide channels in Microsoft Stream. We also share customer training recordings to private Vimeo channels - being able to have the recording automatically uploaded there would be a significant time savings.

resize RC video feed when sharing
It would be very helpful to be able to resize the video feed box when sharing your desktop. The small video feed box makes it very hard to see participants when sharing.

Built-In Screenshot/Photograbber with Share options
Basically, just a button that would screenshot the current gallery and prompt an option to share the image to different platforms (Social Media, Email, Messaging etc)

Use different icons in comparison to Zoom icons.
The icons appear the same as the ones from Zoom. Use personalized icons, so it doesn't seem as if it was copied from Zoom.

Support secondary laptop video cards or option to disable GPU processing.
Video still does not have any options to support other onboard Video cards or give such options like in RC App RC Meetings to force CPU to handle video content sharing or GPU support for video processing.For Laptop that have two video cards such as CPU intergrated graphics card and a Nvidia GPU RC Classic APP and RC APP in order to get screen sharing to work you need to force the applicaiton to run on intel graphics card and turn off GPU processing for desktop sharing.

Add ability in Glip to create an email DL address (Outlook integration?) or more simply, collect a formatted list of member e-mail addre...

Remove the RC Video generic profile picture if a profile picture is uploaded.
RC Video displays a picture of a generic person underneath a profile photo with a transparency, creating an odd looking combination of the profile photo with the generic profile photo in the background. Included images to illustrate the issue.

Prevent control buttons from moving when viewing chat/participants
RCV has been giving me troubles when buttons change position as you view/hide the participant or chat views.I've had this issue several times in the last few weeks, it is coming up due to the UX of RCV. I'm in a meeting and I view that there are chat comments by seeing the badge on the chat iconI click the chat button to view the comments, I read the comments without changing the position of my cursorI finish reading the comments, and would like to close them to increase the size of the screen shareI click to hide the comments…

Remove name from Video when sharing
When a user is sharing the Video gets small and name of person is taking to much space and we should remove it and make it appear if you hover over it.

[RCV UX] Raise popup dialogue when "Leave" pressed
Would be nice to have a confirmation from the participant if he really wants to leave a meeting.Try this:Join a meeting - Pin chat window to right side of screen (press Pin icon in chat window) - Press "Chat" button - Your mouse pointer will stay over "Leave" button. When you want to glimpse on chat window twicely pressing "Chat" button you will leave the meeting.
