    Customer would like to customize the email template to have the following information at the topMeeting name/topicMeeting IDPasswordMeeting URLfollowing by the dialin information

    Teams lets you post files and images to the chat. Zoom supports files. Ring supports neither.

  3. title new meetings without having to schedule them

    When I "start video meeting", I don't believe there is a way to title it. I think if I want it to be titled, I have to actually schedule it in advance. It would be nice to be able to title my "spur of the moment" meetings, especially if I'm recording it and want to reference it later.

  4. Test audio and video button during "waiting for host to open meeting" screen

    a test mic/webcam button on the "waiting for meeting" splash page that lets you access your settings and test audio and video would be very great.

  9. Calendar setup to delete or stop forwarding users

    This would be a HUGE help to large companies with lots of staff. Sometimes its hard to remember to go back and remove users or stop forwarding calls.

  10. Access to Messages & Other Tools While Editing Notes

    I'd love to be able to take notes using the Notes feature while also messaging with folks. As far as I can tell, I need to save and close my note in order to message while using the app.

    Icons that can indicate like/dislike/yes/no/raise hand etcCan be customized base don RC colors or such. This is very useful in class especially in bigger classes where they ask questions.

  16. Ability to hover over a participant and see what information that helps identify their role and/or interest in the meeting

    Point of pain being addressed: When meeting with people we haven't met or don't meet with regularly (especially users in customer-facing roles; e.g., AE's, CSM's, Support Leaders, etc.), I find I spend a lot of mental energy trying to figure who is who, why they are there, who reports to whom, etc. E.g., does this person work for the Partner? RC? the Customer? Are they in IT vs. line of business at the customer? Is that lady that's talking the highest ranking person on this call from this customer? Do the others report to her?   17. Pop up reminder

    A few customers have asked if RCV can support a meeting pop up reminder similar to how Teams works when meeting has commenced or people have joined/waiting.

  18. Rename the recording to the Name of the Ring Central Video Meeting

    When the recording is completed it has a generic Name it should have the name of the Meeting that is being recorded. Once you download the file you can rename the file at that time but if you are using the link and or sharing it no way to rename the link to the recording.

  20. Put local time of a person somewhere near his avatar/video due to call.

    It could be visible only on hover, to not make extra noise on the UI.
