English and Spanish message
Can we get an option instead of "Please say 'English' or 'Spanish' to continue." "También hablo español" this will make the call flow smoother.

Since the AI receptionist will respond in the appropriate language whether the caller says "English" or "Spanish" or not, makes no sense to keep it. Allow users to keep or disable the prompt. We can add whatever we want to in spanish for the greeting. Further, spanish speaker aren't going to say "Spanish" but "espanol". Same for all languages.
