Several customer complaints since AI was implemented on 6/22. It's unnatural since most of us don't ask a question restating the same thing the person we are speaking with just said.

Performance reports are old legacy reports, which will pave way to business analytics. In business analytics, we have call records, and we will see if we can align call records with call logs.

Since the AI receptionist will respond in the appropriate language whether the caller says "English" or "Spanish" or not, makes no sense to keep it. Allow users to keep or disable the prompt. We can add whatever we want to in spanish for the greeting. Further, spanish speaker aren't going to say "Spanish" but "espanol". Same for all languages.
