    Thank you for suggesting more control over AIR’s conversation and response style. AIR now includes a Personality setting that lets you tailor its overall tone to better match how you want it to interact with callers.

    You can find this option under AIR Settings > Personality and choose from Friendly, Neutral, or Formal.

    We should have the ability to adjust not just the greeting but also the closing spiel.
