Example Use Cases
IT Support Intake, AI Receptionist collects issue details and sends a call summary to an email address that automatically creates a ticket (for example, Zoho). This removes the need for voicemail based intake while maintaining full documentation.
HR or Facilities Requests, AI Receptionist captures employee requests such as access issues or maintenance needs and sends summarized notes to the appropriate team for follow up, even when the AI resolves the request during the call.
