Can we please get the option to put the 'Please select English or (Secondary Language)' before the Greeting? Perhaps a toggle?

    Absolutely! Putting it at the end of the completely English greeting is useless for the caller who doesn't speak English. Also, I'll add that during the language announcement (at th end), it says "Say English or <other language>". Is it really necessary to ask for English? Everything was just in English. If the caller DOES speak English, they don't need to tell the receptionist they want English...IT'S ALREADY IN ENGLISH. If the caller speaks a different language, it's too late to ask.
