The ability to see all user AI Call Notes

I would like the ability to see all of the user's Call Notes so that we can access them all from one place or the admin can quickly check over things.

    This would be so awesome! That way coworkers who work remote who share tasks can see what happened during calls they didn't take. Currently We have to use Microsoft OneNote and copy our summarized transcriptions just so we can keep each other up to date on the goings on in our office.

    This would be so helpful... Why does ring central make it so hard to monitor other peoples account???
