  3. We've been evaluating installations with Winget. In your winget repository https://winget.run/pkg/RingCentral/RingCentral the version is .msi version. We would like to have .exe version as we use that for installs and it allows for updates.

  8. Our CRM can't take over the call after it rings the RingCentral number, and It is going to RingCentral voicemail. If the calls are not answered after 20s, The calls should be answered by our CRM Voicemail system.

  9. We have MS Teams Integration using the PBX Portal and the ring time for all ringcentral phones needs to be set to 6 Ring/30 Seconds or higher. As our MS Teams environment is set to 4 Ring/20 Seconds. This allows all call handling to be handled by MS Teams. If the ring times are the same or RingCentral is lower, MS Teams doesn't handle the calls correctly.We manually have to change this setting on each phone when a user is created. We have a fully automated process that requires no input besides setting the Ring Time setting.

When calling the GET Message Store API endpoint, if the fax failed to transmit completely, I want to know how many pages were transmitted successfully so I can retransmit the document with no repeated pages and also limit my future transmissions to page counts the recipient can handle. The GET Message Store call contains a "faxPageCount" field which contains the number of pages that were attempted to transmit, however, when the transmission fails mid transmission, I expect for some field to surface how many pages were successfully transmitted, not just the full document page count.

  17. Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...

  19. In the UK we have TPS (Telephone Preference Service - https://www.tpsonline.org.uk). This is similar to the US DNC registry. Allowing an integration into TPS would put us on par with other vendors who offer this service as standard (Voicehost being one of them).This is a request we are seeing more and more of in the UK

  20. RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to a call queue with the even if it routes to the same user.
