  3. Aside for receiving text and email. We can add a phone call to receive the 6 digit code.

    I have my 2factor for apple business set to contact my number. When it calls me for a code it will normally ring my phone and I pick up to get the code. Ever since we switched over I have not been receiving phone calls to get the code. It will just show up in my app as a missed call.

  4. Notification of outage for API products e.g MS teams , PBX MS Team

    Hi Team,The customer is requesting if it's possible to add a notification inside API products that we offer. if there's an outage on the integrated productthey will be notify right away and no need to call and report it to us so we could create a ticket about it.

    Currently logged in to the support site and when accessing the Learn from Community we get an error "Your License Has ExpiredThe license you currently have installed for this TeamHub site has expired. Please contact sales@answerhub.com to extend your evaluation or purchase a new license."Tried with other browsers same error.

  6. Record of all actions per contact

    It would be useful to have a record of all actions that take place for each contact. For instance: Date - outbound call @1:33pm - No Answer, sent text message @ 1:36pm (and what the text was). Or, Contact, date - conference call (the recording file attached), attendees, etc.

    Currently when texting with a guest, the name on the agent side shows up as our company name and not the actual user who texted with them previously. Enabling this would make it easier to know who a customer spoke with when texting someone in our organization.

  9. Remove the option to edit/sync account for archiver on User level

    I would like to remove the options to edit or changed the Google Drive / Box, etc accounts set by the Super admin. Users are able to change the connected account on the archiver for their extension. I wan one account for archiver account wide.

    It would be nice to share voicemail with external emails like (Outlook, and Microsoft) shared voicemail box for a seamless service.

  14. Add specific device to call queues instead of user extensions/lines only

    It would be nice for a user with a desk phone and the RingCentral app to separate call queue calls from their mobile phone. (Desk phone rings for direct calls and queues, only mobile phone rings for direct calls)

  15. RingCentral Automator on Call Queue

    RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to a call queue with the even if it routes to the same user.

  17. Integration into TPS

    In the UK we have TPS (Telephone Preference Service - https://www.tpsonline.org.uk). This is similar to the US DNC registry. Allowing an integration into TPS would put us on par with other vendors who offer this service as standard (Voicehost being one of them).This is a request we are seeing more and more of in the UK
