  2. Details : Customer would like to integrate MS Teams with BT Cloud Work. They've downloaded the app and connected it, but when they try to use it to make calls it asks the user to download the RingCentral App (they have the BT branded app installed). If they download the RC app it doesn't allow them to log in.Significance of the feature : Customer advised that they use MS Teams a lot for their business and would like to integrate it with BT Cloud WorkCurrent behavior : Microsoft Teams embedded dialer is only available for RingCentral accounts

  3. It would be a great idea if we could personalize the user status when on a call using RingCentral for Microsoft Teams. At the moment when the user is on a call, it is showing "Busy" and it would be great if we could change it to "On a Call"

As Microsoft Teams integration is growing, where that is the primary endpoint to make and receive calls, Microsoft Teams (existing phone) should be able to be at the first position under call handling. In the situation where a customer needs 99.999% stability because their business depends on receiving and making calls, then they'd need the RC app open on their desktop in case the call never made it to MS Teams, therefore MS Teams would need to be number 1 in a sequential call handling list.

  9. Currently there is no way to make direct calls to external numbers in the RingCentral Microsoft Teams Plugin. This functionality would be helpful to make a direct call instead of only conference calls.

  10. If a user has numbers for multiple states and/or countries, it would make it easier if on the dial pad, the caller id number selected will have a drop-down option so that other numbers can be selected. The main RingCentral App has it. The other integrations should have it as well.

  11. If you decide to use Microsoft Teams interface with Direct routing , 911 nomadic no longer works. But Teams can pass the data to Ring Central or other direct routing connection in case of 911 call. Without it Teams as a client is useless and shouldn't be sold.

  12. I sometimes need to make calls from the car so I'll have my team send me phone numbers via Microsoft Teams. It would be incredible if I could simply click on the phone number and have it dial for me.

Requesting feature to sync MS teams Call logs to RC call logs , so that whatever settings has beens set to MS teams will also tell the Call logs from RC call logs, for example user from MS teams placed status to dnd and all calls should be routed to voicemail as he sets settings to MS Teams allow voicemail, which means RC system and call logs will detect the MS teams app that user was on DND and the call logs of RC system should be showing sent to voicemail and not call connected.

  15. The Users are using Bridge Operator Console for RingCentral to make/receive and transferring calls. When we transfer calls to another user through Bridge, the voicemails are being saved in the RC app. We would like that to be saved in MS Teams instead.

  17. While testing inbound calls into my RingCentral extension, I noticed that I do not get notifications on my cell phone's MS Teams with the RingCentral embedded app. If I log in to the RingCentral mobile app, I do get notified but only on the RingCentral mobile app.

  18. Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

  20. I'm sure several companies must now have Microsoft Teams integration via RingCentral Cloud PBX, but there's no Service Status for if there are any outages or failures going on. This would help us determine if there's a global outage so that we submit tickets accordingly
