Better integrate with Microsoft FindTime
We use FindTime a lot and when using RingCentral Video links with FindTime we run into a bunch of problems.I opened a ticket with support (12440948) and they suggested a feature request.They confirmed: I was not able to click the meeting invite to start the RCV meeting. I had to manually copy and paste the link into my Google Chrome Browser for it to work. What is also odd is that when I did that and put it into Chrome, it added a semi-colon which made the link invalid. Once I removed the semi-colon, it worked perfectly.

low vison jaws and zoom reverse with ring central compatability
i am low vision, use jaws and zoomtext reverse screen and screen reader on window360 i have small office and several paralegal who work from home. att want me to go to ring central but i want to be sure that it is compatble with jaws and reverse, if written in flash it just looks like snow to me. if the voice over does not work itwould be useless i need to know before i make a change i use outlook jjc

Connects RingCentral reporting to third-party security software
I had a customer looking for an automated way to forward the logs to the SIEM system hosted in the cloud for analysis. Currently there is no way to automatically feed the RC Office audit logs into a third party SIEM solution, in this case the SIEM being Rapid7. It would be very beneficial if there was an automated service that runs the download, and uploads to SIEM without having to click on anything (kind of like a reporting subscription).

Integration with Practice Panther - legal practice management software
It would be great to be able to capture texts and calls directly in the managment software. Another company is already working with PracticePanther to capture texts, but it makes no sense to me to have two text phone numbers. I prefer RingCentral texting and want to capture that information in the client file and also capture the duration of calls for billing purposes.

Select Whom to schedule a meeting before meeting details will populate
Using the RingCentral scheduler Add in, it always auto populate the meeting details in the body and the default "schedule for" is assigned to the same extension where email is connected. It would be a great idea, just like the old RCM app, to select the "Schedule for" then it populates the meeting details and send to attendees. It will save time as some customers are always scheduling a meeting for another user extension. TIA

Assigned numbers to IVR should show as company number instead of direct when using Google Chrome Extension.
