  4. When a call to a TFN is transferred, the RC Teams integration display the original callee with the destination number without listing that this has been transferred by an extension. This is creating a confusion to the users. The user will see the To as a different number or extension and they will ignore

  6. we need this feature added so we can just dial from google sheet and without going to a different program or software, it will integrate this on rc app and will get all customers' details including their address to easily verify the account

  12. I'm using the Beta Teams 2.0 integration. For the most part I think it's great, however whenever you click into the RingCentral area it always loads one the Phone tab which shows calls history and the dialler. For us that's not much use and everyone here would much prefer the HUD tab to be the default. If in the Settings area you could select your preferred default tab, that would be much better.

  13. Within the MS Teams RC Embedded Dialer app 2.0 can the RC App Chat be added? I use Teams and RCA to talk to both sets of customers and it would be great to work within one app and not both. So I can have all my RCA chats and groups with customers and RC staff as well as my Teams chats.

  15. Is there a way to configure ring central desktop app to call the phone number from an outlook profile card? There's a phone icon when you hover or click on a contact in outlook but you can't click the button. Microsoft Teams works like this. It would be faster if you could just click the phone icon instead of going to RC desktop app or outlook add in and type the name / number, when you could just make two mouse clicks and dial the number right away.

  16. ...nce it has been integrated.. RingCentral for Hubspot currently allows users to use click-to-dial on any numbers they see in Hubspot. However, Hubspot has a 'Call' icon on every contact which allows them to make calls via Hubspot and it the option to have it use RingCentral for outbound calling once integrated will be much more ideal.
