Archiver - SMS Content
Our archive provider is Smarsh. Why do some RingCentral direct messages show in the archive with the email addresses of the sender/recipient, while other messages show only the 10-digit phone number? Finding content by searching the email address is preferable for us. The phone numbers tend to be reused as staff come and go from the company, so they are dynamic, but email addresses are never reused. Is there a way to have all messages sent to the Archive labeled with the email address?

We would like a button over the "Apps" Button which is configurable to open a webpage such a company intranet in the RC App. This should look like the "help" screen or the "Apps"-Screens. Just a standard http page inside the App. I build a mockup to clarify.

Employee Rewards Program
Hi team, I have a client that wants to be able to integrate an employee rewards program to be able to give gifts to their users by meeting a certain KPI (i.e volume of calls, # of calls answered, how many meetings booked, etc.) I did not see any employee rewards app integrations when looking through the app gallery. Thanks!

RingCentral in Azure Government tenant
Our Azure environment is in GCC High, which does not use the same RingCentral app. The options we have for enabling provisioning require the Tenant URL and Secret Token. Looking for an alternative way of generating a long-lasting token, or an alternative method of authenticating for SCIM.

Integrations: Rent Manager
We are looking for a way to unify RingCentral communications with Rent Manager (https://www.rentmanager.com/become-or-refer-a-partner/). It would be great to sync caller ID/contacts between RingCentral/Rent Manager and keep a records of calls/texts to tenants (and vendors) within the history/notes feature in Rent Manager. Including an AI summary/notes copy would also be great. Please help make it happen!

Attribute Mapping | Active Directory
The current user mappings only assign a phone number based on the country code, area code, state, city, and postal code., not by site or any other attribute. When they add the unassigned user extensions to the account, they must assign a device and phone number in the region they are provisioning for, and they must assign the unassigned user extension to the site they will be using for that license.
It would be great if we had the option to provision users and assign them by 'Site.'

Snapdragon Processor needs to be added to the recommended hardware for Avaya Cloud Office Platform URGENTLY. Y>
We request an essential and urgent update to the Avaya platform. We have purchased new laptops for the office to find Avaya is no longer working on the latest processors. Extremely disappointing!
