Support for Multiple Browser Sessions in CXOne
Currently, agents are being logged out of the CXOne system when multiple browsers are open with CXOne running in each. We would like to request the ability to configure a setting that allows agents to remain logged in across multiple browser instances without being automatically logged out, improving flexibility and user experience.

Call Queue, wait setting feature, that every call unanswered call from longest idle will be transfered to specific ext.
customer wants to have a feature that in Call queue, in longest idle set up. If the longest idle extension did not answer the phone call, the call will be routed to a specific extension. However the 2nd idle extension will not ring and will be available to take the other call. Same goes with the other extension if they did not answer phone call will be directed to specific extension

Automatic Transcription for all calls
For people who have audio issues having the ability to review the call makes it easier for all of the Administrators to copy and paste the transcription and for people with auditory issues like hear or processing this could be a huge benefit for them. The current transcription will not record the entire call or evening download the entire call.
