Some of our users are experiencing problems with sending SMS to T-Mobile Users. We would like to have the ability to send unlimited SMS to Tmobile Users

Enable Hot-Desk on all Phones
Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

Remove Ring Central Advertisement on Forwarded Texts.
When Ring Central forwards my texts - I am a customer of Ring Central it has an added Advertisement for Ring Central - this is ridiculous.

Auto transfer completed calls to an external number. ie survey number
This feature can be used to automatically transfer callers to an external number, ie. a survey, after completion of the call. Then the agent wouldn't have to transfer the call manually.

call forwarding for external number let ringcentral system take over the handling of calls for external number
when calls are routed to external number , cx wanted that the call handling set by ringcentral be followed rather than the call handling of the external number carrier. to avoid call failing.

One of our customer requested to add a mobile phone SMS as another way to receive an account validation to complete the 2-FA as their Boss required rather than mobile in the UK.

empower call queue
when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status3 votes -
Integration into TPS
In the UK we have TPS (Telephone Preference Service - https://www.tpsonline.org.uk). This is similar to the US DNC registry. Allowing an integration into TPS would put us on par with other vendors who offer this service as standard (Voicehost being one of them).This is a request we are seeing more and more of in the UK

Order the unread conversations in top of the contact list
Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...

RingCentral Automator on Call Queue
RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to a call queue with the even if it routes to the same user.

Add specific device to call queues instead of user extensions/lines only
It would be nice for a user with a desk phone and the RingCentral app to separate call queue calls from their mobile phone. (Desk phone rings for direct calls and queues, only mobile phone rings for direct calls)

OKTA to delete users not just disable
Customer would like the existing OKTA integration to be able to delete and recycle user licenses rather than just disable users.Currently the onboarding process works fine, its just the off boarding process that takes a bit of time.
