  3. when someone calls the main line and the recipient of the call from a queue must be notified even if they are on a busy status.
    just like dialing the direct line of the ext lets say they are on a call and there is incoming calls they heard a beep sound with the information of the caller but call queue are stop receiving calls or notif when they are on a busy status

  5. Even if I have the unread switch deactivated, I will prefer to be able to choose if the new unread messages can go on top of the rest of the messages (ignoring the teams, messages etc). Just put on top all the chats where I have new messages.This is because all the unread messages are spread all over the list I have in left side of the UO window and it is possible to skip some messages, especially if the list with the favorites is pretty long...

  7. In the UK we have TPS (Telephone Preference Service - https://www.tpsonline.org.uk). This is similar to the US DNC registry. Allowing an integration into TPS would put us on par with other vendors who offer this service as standard (Voicehost being one of them).This is a request we are seeing more and more of in the UK

  8. RingCentral Automator is working perfectly fine if a call comes in to user extension directly. Feature isn't working if call gets routed to a call queue with the even if it routes to the same user.

  10. It would be nice for a user with a desk phone and the RingCentral app to separate call queue calls from their mobile phone. (Desk phone rings for direct calls and queues, only mobile phone rings for direct calls)

  17. We have a sales force that found out about the call que ring all feature leaving miss calls to multi people. 1 answer 9 miss call. We had the idea can we setup our auto attendant to transfer to say Sales Parked line 1.10 people that are assigned to Parked line 1 receive a notification that there is a call on Sales Parked line 1. When calling the GET Message Store API endpoint, if the fax failed to transmit completely, I want to know how many pages were transmitted successfully so I can retransmit the document with no repeated pages and also limit my future transmissions to page counts the recipient can handle. The GET Message Store call contains a "faxPageCount" field which contains the number of pages that were attempted to transmit, however, when the transmission fails mid transmission, I expect for some field to surface how many pages were successfully transmitted, not just the full document page count.

  20. Site has External Afterhours answering service. During Holidays calls to the site need to route externally but there is no option to route calls to an external number. Currently, to do so a User needs to be added to route the call.
