  8. We have a sales force that found out about the call que ring all feature leaving miss calls to multi people. 1 answer 9 miss call. We had the idea can we setup our auto attendant to transfer to say Sales Parked line 1.10 people that are assigned to Parked line 1 receive a notification that there is a call on Sales Parked line 1.   12. Use Case: a high percentage of accounts for this customer have 10+ associated opportunities. The goal is to filter queried records in our SFDC - RingCentral integration by stage (for example their version of only seeing opps in stage 2/3/4) so that the relevant opportunity to log calls and activity against will tend to present, instead of a lengthier/trickier list of records to navigate.

  14. I would like to remove the options to edit or changed the Google Drive / Box, etc accounts set by the Super admin. Users are able to change the connected account on the archiver for their extension. I wan one account for archiver account wide.

  16. Create a task - Expand the 'Enter task Description Window'Hi Currently the 'enter task description' window in 'create a task' does not expand as you type. Our tasks can be very detailed and it is very hard to preview all that we are entering (into the very small window) without saving and having to go back into task.   17. I have several users who organize their Outlook Contacts by creating additional folders in Outlook. When contacts are added to these folders, they do not show up in the RingCentral App (desktop version). They do show up in the RingCentral mobile app however. Thus, they are hitting the RingCentral system, but the RingCentral desktop app will not show them.Would like this feature added to the RingCentral App for desktop.

  18. We need to be able to dial on the desktop app or click "return call" and then pick up the phone and it be ringing. In general you desktop app and physical phone need to work seamlessly. Currently its about as broken as something can be.

At this moment, the only option we have for If caller enters no action after the prompt played 3 times is predefined by RC system. I would like to have the capability to select how many announcement to have before it chooses the next behavior.
