  1. Could you create a Workflow template where your presence will auto-change in the RingCentral app based on your office hours or set hours? For example, if you don't work on weekends, your presence should auto-change to Invisible or DND.

    How important is this to you?

    We love this idea. We are planning an upcoming feature called Scheduled workflows which should be the perfect way to help manage presence statuses. We will try to include this ability in that release in Q3 2025.

  2. Triggers for workflows are around sms and calls, would be nice if I could trigger based on date and time as well. Like at 4pm say "Please check your time cards before leaving for the day team". I could do something like this via tasks and calendar but like the idea of being able to use it here also

  4. Four automation of RingCentral MVP Teams, it would be useful to pull current team membership. Perhaps this could be integrated into the existing readGlipTeam method?https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Teams/readGlipTeamUse-case:Automated management of a team that has 300+ members, this would allow validation of current members against source of truth.

  5. We could set expectation as to when they will receive a reply. Patients seem to think someone is answering their text messages 24/7. They get upset if they are replied to quickly. It is only during office hours.

  6. I navigate to my support cases, select a case, the navigation puts me into 'system status'. This seems a web design error. My expectation on bread crumbs is that enable backward traversing, this is adjacent traversing.
