Auto Replies, Scheduled text messages and Templates
We have been paying another company ZipWhip to handle texts for us because RingCentral doesn't do Auto Replies (vacation, message received will reply soon etc). We also use scheduled reminder texts and Ring doesn't do that either. Lastly, templates. I don't see a place to save templates to reply with. It sure would be nice if we didn't have to pay two companies instead of one to handle texting and voice calls since we only get a couple of calls a day, but probably 30 text messages. Teams API - Get Members
Four automation of RingCentral MVP Teams, it would be useful to pull current team membership. Perhaps this could be integrated into the existing readGlipTeam method?https://developers.ringcentral.com/api-reference/Teams/readGlipTeamUse-case:Automated management of a team that has 300+ members, this would allow validation of current members against source of truth.

Add the ability to send an automatic reply to text messages.
We could set expectation as to when they will receive a reply. Patients seem to think someone is answering their text messages 24/7. They get upset if they are replied to quickly. It is only during office hours.

Send webhooks for Unified Presence events
Hi RC Devs.Hope this is the right place to post this.In currently aware of that the new RingCentral App Presence is different from the Phone App Presecen on the API site, and since Phone is in progress of sun set (got info from your one of your devs) we need to move on to support your new App, including the white labeled solutions. Unfortunately we rely on Presence Events, and currently the Unified Presence is only available as a GET using the API. Support breadcrumb structure in support site
I navigate to my support cases, select a case, the navigation puts me into 'system status'. This seems a web design error. My expectation on bread crumbs is that enable backward traversing, this is adjacent traversing.

I want to create JWT auth tokens via a user interface
I do not want to use password auth. I want to issue an "API Key" to an app instead.
