    Problem Statement

    Recruiters and account managers frequently conduct candidate interviews, client meetings, and internal discussions via RC Video. While RC provides transcription, these remain siloed within RingCentral. Bullhorn is the central system of record for recruiters, and the lack of direct integration leads to:

    Manual copy-paste of transcripts, which is time-consuming and error-prone.

    Loss of important context when notes are incomplete or inaccurately transcribed.

  11. Employee Rewards Program

    Hi team, I have a client that wants to be able to integrate an employee rewards program to be able to give gifts to their users by meeting a certain KPI (i.e volume of calls, # of calls answered, how many meetings booked, etc.) I did not see any employee rewards app integrations when looking through the app gallery.     Message:
    Hello RingCentral Team,

    I would like to suggest the addition of an Outlook plug-in integration directly within the RingCentral app. This feature would allow users to seamlessly access and manage their Outlook emails and calendars without leaving the RingCentral environment, improving workflow efficiency and user experience.

    Currently, this feature is not available, and several customers have expressed interest in having this capability as part of their unified communication tools.

    Thank you for considering this enhancement. I believe it would add significant value for many RingCentral users.
