   We are an independent insurance agency currently using RingCentral for our office phone/text communications and EZLynx as our primary CRM/agency management system.

   We would like to know if an integration can be developed between RingCentral and EZLynx.

   Our ideal workflow would be:

   • When an incoming or outgoing call occurs through RingCentral, automatically identify the customer by phone number in EZLynx and log the call under that customer's account.
   • Log the date/time, incoming or outgoing call, RingCentral user/employee, phone number, and call duration.
   • Automatically log incoming and outgoing SMS/text messages under the appropriate EZLynx customer.
   • If possible, log voicemails and/or provide a link to the RingCentral voicemail or call recording.
   • Ideally, when a customer calls, RingCentral could also search or open the customer's EZLynx account based on the incoming phone number.

   Essentially, we would like RingCentral communications to automatically become part of the customer's communication/activity history in EZLynx so our staff does not have to manually document every phone call or text.

   EZLynx currently offers similar functionality with certain VoIP providers, so we are trying to determine whether this can be accomplished with RingCentral through App Connect, APIs, webhooks, or a custom integration.

   Even if full automatic logging is not currently possible, we would be interested in learning what level of integration RingCentral can support with EZLynx.
