8 votesWe are in fact looking into a contact synchronization solution for App Connect, but in truth, it is not likely to involve BeeTexting. Our solution is likely to sync contacts from your CRM into your RIngCentral address book.

Support data in custom fields for RC App connect (Netsuite)
Currently, all call log details settings values are stored in the Message field.
The other fields, CALL TYPE and CALL LENGTH, are still empty.
The customer will like each field to show the data.
These fields are currently custom fields and as per upstream peers, we do not support at the moment.

App Connect - retroactive log more than 100 calls
Ability to Retroactively log a call on App connect more than 100 calls.
1 voteApp Connect as you know can retroactively log the last 100 calls. After that, calls can be logged manually. We will consider this feature, but there are a number of concerns related to performance, and allowing users to elect how many calls to log.
