  1. HubSpot integration with Ring Central should provide voicemail logging. All businesses want to know if their customer leaves a voicemail. The HubSpot native caller has this integration and the system natively supports recording voicemails, so there should be a means to do similar with the Ring Central integrations.

    We are in fact looking into a contact synchronization solution for App Connect, but in truth, it is not likely to involve BeeTexting. Our solution is likely to sync contacts from your CRM into your RIngCentral address book.

  3. In the RingCentral desktop, we have the option to share voicemails which apparently is non-feature while using the Teams app. The only option we have is to "Download" but I feel that the extra steps to export and import a file as opposed to sharing the voicemail to someone within the company can be felt on our productivity.

  4. Currently, all call log details settings values are stored in the Message field.

    The other fields, CALL TYPE and CALL LENGTH, are still empty.

    The customer will like each field to show the data.

    These fields are currently custom fields and as per upstream peers, we do not support at the moment.

    App Connect as you know can retroactively log the last 100 calls. After that, calls can be logged manually. We will consider this feature, but there are a number of concerns related to performance, and allowing users to elect how many calls to log. 

  7. Wealthbox is a CRM used by Financial Advisors to log tasks, calls, meetings, contacts, etc. We would like to intrgrate RingCentral with Wealthbox to streamline calling/messaging clients easier.

  8. The MS Teams Embedded App and its associated "Ghost App" are very useful. However, enhancing it even further by extending the new "Deskphone Pairing" feature into the Ghost App can extend the usefulness even further when it comes to MS Teams integrations.

  12. RingEx has a feature so that, when on a call, there's a tone instead of a full ring. This functionality should be extended to the Teams Embedded App, i.e. to detect if the user is on a Teams call/Teams meeting and provide a polite notification if on a Teams meeting.

  14. With the Teams embedded app, there is a chat that gets created with the RingCentral Bot. It provides notifications of text messages, missed calls, etc. Those bot messages provide phone numbers and extension numbers but does not convert these into names. It would be helpful to be send the names for users in their RingCentral tenant instead of (or in addition to) extension numbers. Further, any numbers not in their RingCentral directory could be compared with the MSFT contacts.

  17. Smartsheet is the project management software I use and it links with Gmail easily, so linking it with RingCentral also would be great. If I could easily attach voicemails to a Smartsheet row, that would be awesome! -Using a button, I realize I can do this already on my own.
