3. RC for Hubspot - Call Logs automatically populated in Deals

   We have people saving calls on the RC for hubspot app, the call appears in Hubspot and then appears to vanish for Deals, with us being unable to access it. This is happening across the business for multiple accounts.

4. Hopefully Ring central extension in HubSpot having a feature to identify the recipient what keypresses in IVR menu the caller's pressing.

   This is useful for us and easy to identify our productivity as a team.

6. RingCentral for Hubspot | Click-to-SMS should display the SMS history/thread above the field where they can compose the message for them...

   ... to see if they have interacted with that client in the past instead of visiting the activity field in Hubspot. When using click-to-SMS via Hubspot, the customer is not seeing the past thread or history, unless they go to the activity fields in Hubspot or if they open their message history from the RC extension. This behavior is identified to be the expected behavior for all integrations by our engineers.This feature, when implemented, will save it a lot of time since it would cut off the time it will take to visit the activity field of the contact just to see if they client and his/her had an interaction or not.

   RingCentral for Hubspot: Match call to existing Hubspot record when NOT in e.164 formatIn some cases a match can be found when not in e.164 format, it depends. However, if the contact has a +1 and also parenthesis and dashes - no match is found.When Hubspot integration is not finding a match, the app is creating a new contact named “Caller + phone number in e164 format” and logging the call under the new contact.per Customer: "All these "junk" contacts are being generated in Hubspot every time our users call via Ring Central IF the number doesn't have the +1(and the phone number) format. And we have many records with phone numbers that don't have that format."See video for replicated issue: the RC call is initiated from a "Deals" record, to an existing Hubspot contact. User has "auto log calls" enabled. The problem, Hubspot integration is seemingly not finding a match, the app is creating a new contact named “Caller + phone number in e164 format” and logging the call under the new contact.For the issue we replicated: the contact had a +1 and also parenthesis and dashes. One of those is causing an issue with matching. The root problem is the format for making a call is not in a traditional e164 format. 9. Sync RingCentral Tasks to HubSpot Tasks

   On RingCentral, we use the chat to add tasks for everyone. I would love to be able to sync those tasks that are created in RC to then add a task in HubSpot so that it appears on my checklist for the day.

10. Edit/Modify fields in Hubspot softphone

    I would like to add fields to the softphone in RingCentral. We have RingCentral connected to our CRM (HubSpot). We need to add options to the softphone for when a customer calls in - for example if a business calls in we need to make it as a business customer and have that flow through to HubSpot.

    It is currently not clear that "additional desktop app" refers to chrome browser extensions. There are many outbound caller id settings to chose from, it's not obvious which to select.
