  1. Ability to "Share" voicemails in Teams Embedded App

    In the RingCentral desktop, we have the option to share voicemails which apparently is non-feature while using the Teams app. The only option we have is to "Download" but I feel that the extra steps to export and import a file as opposed to sharing the voicemail to someone within the company can be felt on our productivity.

  2. Extend new Deskphone Pairing feature into MS Teams Embedded App "Ghost App"

    The MS Teams Embedded App and its associated "Ghost App" are very useful. However, enhancing it even further by extending the new "Deskphone Pairing" feature into the Ghost App can extend the usefulness even further when it comes to MS Teams integrations.

  3. Call Waiting for Teams Embedded App while on Teams call/meeting

    RingEx has a feature so that, when on a call, there's a tone instead of a full ring. This functionality should be extended to the Teams Embedded App, i.e. to detect if the user is on a Teams call/Teams meeting and provide a polite notification if on a Teams meeting.

  5. Synchronise Teams Status with ACO Status

    Significant time wasted putting calls through to people that are on Teams calls or meetings. Not a great service to our clients keeping them on hold whilst the call rings out
