Integrations: RingCX for Zoho Embedded Agent, Digital Email having ability to expand either horizontally or vertically to see the full email
RingCX for Zoho Embedded Agent >Due to limited space, Digital Email seen in window is not large enough and cannot scroll to the edge of the email...Need the capability to scroll and see the full email either vertically or horizontally in some manner

RingCX for Zoho Embedded Agent: Could you please allow the embedded agent to be enlarged? Agents have to scroll left to right and up and down just to read an email, which is time consuming. Also, attachments display very small and when you drag the embedded agent larger the agent window just fills up with white space and doesn't expand the content. This would be very helpful if it could be enlarged with the content.

RingCX for Zoho Embedded Agent: The digital email displayed in the window is currently limited in size. We need a way to expand the email content—such as zooming in or out—so it fills the entire area instead of appearing cropped and agent needs to scroll up and down just to see the email content. This feature is available in email platforms like Outlook/Gmail.
