Wants to see Requeued Calls and Transferred Calls in RingCX Analytics
Wants to view the RingCX Analytics page to see the number of requeued or transferred calls when agents use the Requeue or Transfer options. There should be a report available that shows which calls were handled using these options.

Currently, the number of calls answered by our team is not accurate since we get alot of calls that originate in another queue and are requeued to our queue. Appreciate you considering this.
