RingCX Digital Message Notification Improvements
Digital interaction notifications in "My Messages" appear when an interaction dequeues to an agent.
Requeuing via "Transfer" (within the notification) removes the notification from the handling agent and shows a new notification for the agent to which the interaction dequeues.
However, transferring directly to another agent through "All Messages" keeps the notification with the initial agent, creating a three-party chat scenario.
To address this inconsistency, we propose unifying the behaviour for all transfers: remove the notification from the initial agent and display it for the receiving agent, matching queue transfer behaviour.

1:1 SMS per agent
Currently, RingCX supports SMS communication only through queue-based messaging, which does not allow representatives to send and receive SMS messages individually. This limits the ability of reps to engage in personalized, one-on-one SMS conversations with prospects and customers.
We request the addition of a feature that enables each agent to have their own SMS-enabled Direct Inward Dial (DID) number. This would allow reps to send and receive SMS messages individually, improving direct communication, customer engagement, and tracking at the agent level.
Key benefits of this feature would include:
- Enhanced personalization and customer experience through 1:1 messaging
- Clearer accountability…9 votes -
Mark email that did not have an agent reply as "Solved" rather than "Ignored"
Whenever an agent solves an interaction without responding to the message, the interaction is being tagged as "Ignored". This cause confusion as the agent actually accepted the interaction but it just didn't require a reply thus the agent is marking them as solved. It should be tagged "Solved" or something else other than "Ignored"

Multichannel Campaign Orchestration Module (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
Description:
We request the development of a multichannel campaign orchestration module integrated with the RingCX agentless dialer. This module should allow the setup of automated notification strategies across digital channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and Email, based on contact engagement and response status.Use Case (Voice + Digital):
A customer is contacted via an outbound voice call. If the call is not answered, a WhatsApp message is automatically sent. If there is still no response, a follow-up SMS or Email is delivered after a configurable time delay.Use Case (Digital-Only Campaigns):

A capability to requeue all messages, rather than simply reassigning them to an agent, would be necessary.

Outbound WhatsApp within RCX agent UI
As an agent, the option to send a new WhatsApp message within the RCX agent UI is missing. This is available for other platforms (email, Facebook, X, etc.) but not for WhatsApp.
This is something that is available via API, so this request is specifically for the functionality to be added to the agent UI within RingCX.21 votes -
RingCX Digital Channel's sender name
In RingCX Digital Channels's sender name, customers are using the variable {{first name}}{[last name}}.
This feature is working as expected. However, if they transfer an email from one channel to another, it is still recognizing the first and last name of the agent from the channel the email was initially assigned. The first and last name should recognize the name of the NEW agent assigned from the other channel. Please see example below.
The first screenshot shows the correct sender Toni. You would notice that her signature is also on the email she sent.

Ignored automatically status
Would like an additional query status of "ignored automatically" in the Inbox section of emails. This will allow us to separate out messages that were ignored manually by agents from the messages that were deemed ignored by marking as solved without a reply.

Include Digital Teams in RingCX
Include Teams in RingCX Digital side as it is only available for Voice only.
We need to include this because there is a restrict function in DIGITAL > INBOXES to Restrict other teams in seeing the INBOX.

Simplify process of customizing webchat
Customizing Webchat requires editing CSS and HTML code. Many customers will not have this capability and the lack of a preview limits the ability to make changes without a lot of experience with CSS and HTML

Report on number of emails\interactions created per domain for a channel
We would like to report on the numbers of emails\interactions received per domain within an email on Engage Digital for a specified time period. For example we would select a channel, choose a time frame (for example the last 30 days) and the report would provide us data on how many emails were received from an @boeing.com, @amazon.com, @travelctm.com, or @gmail.com address. This could be a prebuilt report or functionality to do so via Advanced Analytics\Dashboard. Currently we can export raw data and manually work with it to find to find this information.

Create similar UI for email templates in Digital and Voice sections
There are 2 places where an admin can create an email template: Voice and Digital. Voice provides a basic UI to pre-fill fields like From, To, & Subject and use Tags. Digital requires editing HTML code with an extra step to submit it for preview. The Voice email templates appears to be tied to outbound dialer campaigns. This feature should be consolidated into a single UI.

Add RCO response and Audit Trail Log for "Ask the Expert" functionality within Engage Digital
Currently, the RCO response post escalation is not sent back to the agent within Engage Digital. Also, there is no audit log being tracked to check if the message escalated via "ask the expert" has been reverted to track this functionality by supervisor/administrators and to close the loop.
