As a seperate secondary comment to this, I would also like to say that I am activily working with three screens, When my phone rings the "Alt A" shortcut will not work Unless I click on the ringcentral window first or it was already the main window at my attention when the call came in. I feel as though even if I could set F3 to answer the call, it still wouldn't fix the main issue that the key's don't work unless I have the window up front and at attention. Honestly it just dosesn't feel as fast and response as a real phone.

Hello,This RingCentral artical describes being able to change the hotkey.HotkeysHere is what the article says. How to view and customize the keyboard shortcuts (Hotkeys)1. Launch the RingCentral Phone for Desktop app on your Windows or Mac computer. 2. Click the gear icon, then click on Hotkeys. The list of commands are displayed on the right.3. To change or customize the keyboard shortcut (hotkey), click on the X mark, then press your preferred function key. NOTE: You may assign any of the function keys from F1 to F12, except for F7. Pressing F7 maximizes the Desktop app window. When I click the Gear icon in step 2, there is no Hotkeys, just Keyboard shortcuts. So I click Keyboard Shortcuts and there is no option to change or customize the keyboard shortcuts.I have attached a photo below.
