The idea isn't groundbreaking however, the majority of text I send with my business account goes to clients and is merely sent to keep me relevant. Having the ability to create text templates and access, and send it with ease to speed up productivity. In addition, as I am sending a text manually if I see that it can be used for other clients, I would like to save it as a template effortlessly. Having the ability to store text under categories of follow up would be great as well. The goal is to click something next to the text field, scroll to the appropriate text and click on it to have it inserted.
