    The previous software that we used allowed us to save SMS templates to use when sending SMS to our opted in customer. So with 2 clicks we could easily send to an SMS that we'd previously written to someone.

    The idea isn't groundbreaking however, the majority of text I send with my business account goes to clients and is merely sent to keep me relevant. Having the ability to create text templates and access, and send it with ease to speed up productivity. In addition, as I am sending a text manually if I see that it can be used for other clients, I would like to save it as a template effortlessly. Having the ability to store text under categories of follow up would be great as well. The goal is to click something next to the text field, scroll to the appropriate text and click on it to have it inserted.

    To be able to send out a quick text with a saved template instead of having to type all then info, such as a quick template with contact info.

    Building this feature into the desktop and mobile RC platforms will have a massive impact on increasing the efficiency of team communication and ease the pain of copying and pasting the same messages over and over for recurring tasks. So excited to see this materialize in 2023.
