    How is anyone going to know who is being transferred if it doesn't show up on the caller ID. This is critical because we have to look up the person in our system by the phone number. If the phone number doesnt show up how are we suppose to look it up. Our clients use us for convenience and this is not convenient at all.

    I want everyone to be called simultaneously except two people. I havent seen a feature allowing me to put a user (One user) on a delay.
