It is now possible to schedule the new user e-mail-- the email is still a 48 hour period, but the admin can decide when the 48 hour period begins. Learn more here.

We are a large practice with thousands of users. Every Monday, without fail, we have several hires. We have to create the new hires many accounts before their start date. This is where the RingCentral invitation email expiration window causes issues every Monday for the past few years as we grow. We need to be able to create users accounts the week prior so that on Monday they are ready to go. Because we create the accounts the week prior, all RingCentral invitation emails are expired causing tickets to resend the invitation email. We don't get to these tickets right away as we have many other tickets to take care of causing the user and their managers frustration from the inability to be able to communicate on their first day.I would like to request an option for the user to be able to resend the invitation email themselves or extend the expiration to at least 72 hours to get past the weekend.
