    Description: Similar to MS Teams (see screenshot), add a button to “pop-out” direct and group messages to their own individual windows. This will give users the ability to view multiple conversations simultaneously and organize them on the screen as they see fit. This will also help when you need to reference another conversation while messaging someone else instead of having to switch back and forth between messages in the RingCentral desktop application.
