I want to second this idea as we are still using MS Teams and the RingCentral Phone which generally we are tied to because of 2 features clean ness in the two application's. The HUD (now added to RC App but does not allow multiple rows when to see as many agents at one) and the Conference Calling.We frequently have a multiple caller conference and need to drop 1 party and keep the other on the line then place another conference call. We need the RC Phone App to do so as there is no way to chose to drop just caller B and keep caller A.Screen shot of RC Phone App - I can from here go over either party and hang that selected party up and continue with the other.
