    In my opinion, this is needed. It should behave the same way as https://ringcx.ringcentral.com/ (web version). If we have "auto-answer" off, which we do, it should behave the same way no matter which platform we're using (web or RC app integration).

    I completely agree. This needs to be a feature. Especially for remote workers. We are on a hybrid schedule and aren't in the same room to display our dashboard on a TV 3 days of a week.
