Hi Becky - Yes, the KB addresses the intercom feature “as is”, but Brock is referring to functionality that doesn’t exist. Specifically, the ability to intercom a user WITHOUT having to dial their extension number. Rather, a soft key that directly intercoms a user, and connect via speakerphone and doesn’t require the caller to enter the extension number. (We don’t want to have to memorize extension numbers , and would prefer not to keep a printout of the extension directory near physical phones)
