An error occurred while saving the comment Greg commentedWe are a busy B2B supplier with a small sales team. We answer all calls live within two rings. When I transfer a call to another user and they don't pick up right away I want to be able to get it back like I could on other phone systems. Our clients do not like being sent to voicemail. We have kept a strong client base by giving them great live service when they call. Aways a human on the line.

The separate ring tones would help a bunch. I also wish there was a specific tone for announced call transfers.
