Staff want a different ring tone for external calls verses internal calls.
They answer external calls during set hours, but answer internal calls at all times.

very important, as it helps to know how to answer the phone, with the Vetwest greeting or as an internal known call

We have a lot of internal calls both from our central reception through to the 16 clinics and between the clinic themselves. The different ringtone would be extremely beneficial to identify calls from internal staff rather than clients ringing externally

This is a critical feature that lets the product down and has been a challenge for our teams migrating from a system that had this feature. Highly recommend adding this feature asap.

The separate ring tones would help a bunch. I also wish there was a specific tone for announced call transfers.

Everyone would benefit. Employees would know if the call was internal or external just by the ringtone.
