    Just the idea that this was suggested in 2020 and still not implemented is a proof that RingCentral is not doing anything to improve user experience.
    Horrible development, not to mention managing groups 0/10

    This is really critical to be implemented or remove the groups altogether.
    What is the point of having teams if you can just create a group (without the ability to delete) and then users can chat there as well without supervision.
    Makes managing and control gatherings impossible, not to mention harassment and gossip..

    Big overlook I think this needs to be fixed ASAP!

    Highly important, admins or supervisors are unable to monitor who is in the office/on call/away and etc..
    User can simply change the status to invisible. Very critical.
