Involuntary invisible status due to inactivity has caused users to miss important calls. it appears to our receptionist and other employees that the user is not available when in fact they are. Please either give us the ability to disable the invisible status option or expand time frame before Ring Central automatically changes the user to invisible.

Highly important, admins or supervisors are unable to monitor who is in the office/on call/away and etc..
