Just the idea that this was suggested in 2020 and still not implemented is a proof that RingCentral is not doing anything to improve user experience.

We can replace the profile image with something else, however, we can't revert the image to initials. would be a tremendous help to have such an option. Thank you!

The ability to revert a profile photo to the standard initials would be extremely helpful to keep cohesiveness! This doesn't really serve any system upgrades.

Please add the ability to remove a profile photo. Currently this is not an option, the only option I was advised by RC support is to delete and recreate the exension.

I changed my profile photo on RC and wanted to delete it and go back to the basic either initials or full name when in a meeting. But i have called and no one has a solution to this.

As of now, after adding a profile picture to your RingCentral account will update the default display name in video meetings. You cannot, however, remove this photo and only change it. This idea is to add functionality to be able to remove that photo and revert to the default name setting.

We change the users on our phones dependent on who is assigned to a specific case. The administrator should be able to change the profile picture, back to initials only. It makes it more difficult to identify the person in the teams portion when sending important and pertinent messages.

Give people the option to remove their profile photo they've added and revert back to showing their name.

This will benefit all (whether admin or users) if the profile was repurposed to new employee and needs to keep all history but the old employee uploaded a picture and they didn't want the user/profile to have any picture but the extension's initials only.

I would love it if there was a feature to change our profile pictures back to the default picture of our initials. Currently, once you change the profile pic, you can no longer go back to the default picture.

Would like to add the feature to remove/delete profile picture on the app completely. As of the moment, I only have option to change/edit profile.

Currently, there is only an option to change your profile picture on the RC app, but there is not a way to delete your current photo. RingCentral should instead have an option for users to delete their profile picture instead of changing it.

This seems like it should already be available - if user no longer wants to show a picture, he/she should be able to remove it and not only have an option to change the picture. I've never seen this option not available on any other app/social media.

Please include the ability to remove (not change) profile picture and change to initial system default.

It would be an added feature. What I have found is once a profile picture is added, while you can change it, you cannot remove it and go back to the original setting. If it is currently an option it is not easy to find.
