Team, I would like to separate few of the phone numbers (MVP, Virtual, Tollfree) so the particular extension couldn't able to find those phone numbers in the calls logs and recording to audit
It should be completely separated from few of the users to audit, meaning we have to limit the access for the user extension with the custom rights.

Why we are unable to update the Caller id number to the tollfree number as this is a feasible solution to update
as this is being used by other VoIP service providersIT supported this idea ·
This would solve a lot of problems and would provide the information for one call under one log with all its routings. Currently, RingCentral does not offer this feature and the logs are generated separately in a haywire manner.
