Even Zoom Phone has these feature. Hopefully we get this soon.

If a business is paying for a toll-free number, it should have Caller ID that shows the business name. Why wouldn't this feature be obvious?

Why we are unable to update the Caller id number to the tollfree number as this is a feasible solution to update
as this is being used by other VoIP service providers

It would be very helpful for our company to have this feature. It is very rare for someone to answer a number that says toll free because it is most likely someone trying to sell you something. We will be able to avoid leaving voicemails and having to get call backs if our customers would see our caller ID name instead. - Esther from APLGO US

Toll free Caller ID feature

It is very important to us that the Caller-ID shows our company name so that our customers will know when we are calling them as opposed to not answering because think the call is a solicitation call. Also, this adds credibility to our company when people see our company name on their Caller-ID. Please add this feature asap.

Yes, I need our toll-free number changed from just saying "800-SERVICE" to "JOWISSA USA" so businesses whom I am selling to know we are calling from our Jowissa watch and jewelry company. (We offer beautiful Swiss Made watches for women and men, made since 1951 in Switzerland). We are launching to serve retailers in the U.S. now, too, through me as the U.S. rep based here in the U.S. and direct to customers at Jowissa.com. I was excited to order our vanity toll-free number with caller ID, and I did not understand that the caller ID feature would not work with it the number we were able to get: 855-JOWISSA which dials out as 855-569-4772. A real disappointment!

Please make the feature available to Ring Central for their customers to have caller id for our 800#. I am a ring central customer and I have a toll free number, when I make calls to my customers they usually do not answer the phone because they think it is a spam call. This is affeting my business

Please implement this! It's tough enough out there with everything being labeled SPAM. Need to have our customers know it's us! And we own the number...should be able to change the CNAM. Thanks!

There is so much telemarketing scams these days that our clients no longer pick up calls where the number is toll free.

Our Company Name on Caller ID (for our Toll Free Phone Number) is misspelled by the phone provider.
Ring Central needs have access, or technology to correct the spelling. This needs to be addressed asap!
